WEEK 4 - Found out we are pregnant! Baby #4 on the way!
WEEK 5 - Feel great, hope everything is good
WEEK 6 - Visit to PA this weekend, still feel good, not showing, no weight gain
WEEK 7 - Feeling too good? Had a sonogram and blood work everything is great. Saw baby's heartbeating :) Blood levels look great. Had appointment with Dr. M and all is good - yeah!
WEEK 8 - starting to feel tired, but not sick! Need some naps here and there. I'll take it! Still not showing!! Jumped on the scale and only gained 1/2 lb - nice! I am even running and exercising!
WEEK 9 - Tired, yes! Fell asleep right after dinner on the couch, poor Jeff did FHE with the kids around me :( Not sick so I am still soo happy! Starting to show a little belly.
WEEK 10 - Tired, but feeling Ok overall
WEEK 11 - Still doing great but tired - taking naps if I can or going to bed early.
WEEK 12 - showing a little more - feel good
WEEK 13 - 1st sonogram, they "think" it might be a girl, all looks good. Did a test on the folds of the skin on the neck and a blood prick from me to eliminate chromosomal disorders - looks GREAT
WEEK 14 - WEEK 17 Good, still tired. Dr. M siad I was a little anemic - yes tired - so I am on Iron now.
WEEK 18 - Sonogram reveals its a girl! and Healthy too!
Week 19 - Feeling great, still have not felt the baby that much, but Dr. M said no worries. Iron is working so I am not that tired any more.
Week 20 - Week 29 The SUMMER! So busy with kids during the day, so tired and busy cleaning up at night no time to blog. No time to worry about myself or baby.
Week 30! Was measuing a little small - only 23 weeks. Had a sonogram and the baby is pretty much on target. She is at about 28 weeks, but they said all looks great. She will probably be small just like my other kids. May have another sono down the road just to confirm, but all is well.
Week 31 - 34: Not to much to report. I had another appt. which I was again measuring small (29 weeks). So the doc sent me for another sono. Although the tech was super fast she said the baby looked fine and was about 5lb 5 oz. That is really good! I doubt my doc will have any further concerns. I don't since Ethan was born at 5lb 7 oz 38 weeks. Now my goal is to take it as easy as possible to get as close as possible to my due date. Crazy...who wants to be pregnant for any longer than necessary, but I do NOT want a Halloween baby!
2/13/09 Kira to her friends on the way home from PreK: Who will you marry when you grow up? Friend: I don't know. Kira: It can't be a member of your family, I will marry Tanner (a boy in preK) Friend: hmmm...I don't know. Kira: Do you want to marry Ethan? He is a really nice boy. Friend: umm.. Kira: He is really good at the Wii too, he is a really nice boy. Friend: OK! I'll marry Ethan, that sounds good. Kira: Good, he is a nice boy and he is good at the Wii. (isn't it funny that the being good at the Wii qualifies you for marriage in the eyes of a 4 year old!)
8/4/08 Kira: Mommy, when will Lillian come to stay at our house? Me: Not tomorrow, but the next day. Kira: But days take soooo long!!!! 8/3/08 In the bathroom at church.... Kira: Mommy, somehow when daddy was helping me get dressed this morning, he forgot to take off my pajama bottoms. (They were under her dress still! I love that my husband helped, even if the PJ's did not come off)
It all started in 2000 when Jeff and Tara were married for time and eternity in the Washington, DC Temple. Now we have 3 beautiful children and sooooo much fun!
