He did it!!! AGAIN!

Visiting the Kirtland Temple on Sunday - Can't even tell he ran 26.2 miles can ya?
Our little pioneers

We are so proud of our Daddy!

The 3 Marathoners!!!

Can you spot Jeff as he nears the finish line (to the left of the umbrella)

A glimpse of Jeff running strong! (Look at those leg muscles!)

There he goes again!

The kids waiting to cheer on their dad! Go Dad!!!!

The crew after the Kids Fun Run - They all ran the 1K (and then we walked back to the car! Ugh!)

Making "Go Dad" signs the night before at the expo

Jeff has completed his 2nd marathon! He ran Akron, OH for 26.2 miles, all around, up hills and down in 4 hours 28 minutes! This is a tough marathon with the steep and long hills, but Jeff made it and beat his last time by 30 minutes.

The day started out at 7AM with Jeff running and the kids and I rushing to catch up. We made it outside to the 3 mile mark and cheered for Jeff. Then we hung outside a friends hotel balcony and cheered him on at the 10 mile mark! Next we ran over to the Kids Fun Run. We ran with our friends through the race....I walked with another pregnant friend whose husband was smokin the rest of the boys in the race.....and we grabbed our metals, goody bags and headed to see Jeff at the 21 mile mark. Right on time he came over the hill and then we jetted over to the 24 mile mark for some more encouragement. Slightly behind schedule we waited in the misty rain until he appeared. Off he went and off we went to the finish line. We got there just in time to see him come across the finish line at 4:30 (chip time 4:28)!! Hurrah for Jeff!!! We are so proud of you for this accomplishment!!! AND to all our friends who came and ran the race for the 1st time!!! Thanks for sharing the weekend with us and making the run around so fun!

Sunday we hit the Akron ward for church, went over to Kirtland for some church history tours and then on to dinner with our good friends in Erie, PA! It was a BUSY weekend, but we had a blast! YEAH JEFF!!!
